Creativity times
Creativity times are opportunities to be refreshed and restored as we discover and explore our God given creativity with our Maker. A session can help relieve anxiety and stress and enhance wellbeing. Everyone is welcome. We are all creative whether we think it or not – be ready to be surprised!
Last month our theme was ‘God’s plans for us’. One person shares their response:
The plans I have for you
Me: Lord, sometimes I feel all alone.
God: Draw close to me, and I will draw close to you.
M: Lord, sometimes my life seems a mess.
G: I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans for hope and a future.
M: Lord, sometimes I feel useless.
G: I have already prepared works for you to walk in.
M: Lord, I understand so little.
G: Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; acknowledge Me, in all your ways, and I will make your paths straight.
M: Lord, I sometimes feel I’m doing your will, but not always.
G: I will bring to completion the good work I began in you.
M: Lord, I wish I felt more gifted.
G: My gifts and callings are irrevocable.
M: Lord, I confess I don’t always know if I’m going in the right direction.
G: I go before you and behind you.
My word is a lamp to your feet and a light for your path.
M: Lord, when I meet you, I hope you’ll be pleased with me.
G: You are my beloved child. I will welcome you with open arms and reward you, and you will be with me forever.
